At TOPTOY® Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that blind boxes cannot be returned once the foil seal is broken unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and the original packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
